Forgiveness lets you heal

If we do not forgive, then we do not allow ourselves to move forward.  We are intentionally holding ourselves back.  Forgiveness is the key to freeing ourselves from bitterness and anger.  It doesn’t condone what was done.  You never have to condone the actions or words of others,  but it’s to your advantage to forgive their actions so you can move forward.  Go ahead.  Set yourself free.
